I was looking at the shoes outside the store and the shop assistant came out and aggressively asked what I was doing. I told him that I was looking at the shoes. He then proceeded to tell me to “fuck off”. What an absolutely hideous man saying this to a woman and her child. What a way to ruin someone’s day. AVOID THIS SHOP!!!

I bought some new balance trainers from here beginning of August 2022. I wore them for around 3 weeks then found the New Balance logo was peeling off! I contacted them to see what they could do to help me as they are clearly faulty and I've had no response yet! Not a great service at all, I would of happily purchased more trainers from them in future but due to lack of service I will not be buying any more from this store in future unless my email gets responded too and dealt with correctly

Sehr freundliche Beratung.Wir kaufen schon seit Jahren hier unsere Schuhe.Hier bekommt man immer ausgefallene Modelle die es in Deutschland nicht gibt.

Der Verkäufer wurde unfreundlich, weil ich fragte, ob es diese reduzierten Schuhe auch, noch eine Nr. Größer gäbe. Darauf sagte er, dass er nicht den ganzen Tag nur für uns Zeit hätte!! So eine Unverschämtheit! Wir waren gerade mal 30 min im Laden Ich habe ihm gesagt, dass ist aber nicht nett. Da sagte er, dass er nicht da ist um nett zu sein, oder so ähnlich. Niemals würde ich in diesen Laden wieder reingehen!! Pretty Woman lässt grüßen!! :-/
