Russo Palace Hotel
Great hotel with a great staff in a great place. The rooms are big for the area and the prices are great. It is located in the island of Lido, a small and quiet island next to venice. It is definitely better to stay here and take public boats to visit Venice.

Hotel ben tenuto. Accoglienza del personale eccellente. Ottima colazione. Stanza in buono stato anche se con piccoli difetti ma ben compensata dalla piacevole vista sulla laguna.

Complessivamente le stanze sono abbastanza vecchie, come dopotutto gran parte degli alberghi al lido. Nonostante questo, era tutto molto pulito.Il bagno era spazioso.Personale estremamente disponibile e cordiale.Colazione continentale varia e ricca.

Fabulous hotel on the Lido, much cheaper than Venice and less crowded. The breakfast was incredible with everything you would like to eat, room extremely clean, new towels everyday, staff excellent. A short walk to water taxi.

Avoid the rooms in the attic in the summer!! We checked-in to our economy room which sounds good right, 2 twin beds and a separate though non divided room with another twin bed and small desk with the bathroom in the middle. Slope of the ceiling in this this attic room means a lot of bumping your head and I am only 163cm in height (5'4) and still had a few bumps ha ha. Cooling is an issue as there is no way to keep the window open and being an attic room means it gets the worst of the heat

Overlooking the lagoon, hotel Russo Palace is conveniently located 10mts walk from Lido SME ferry terminal, which is easily accessible via waterbus from airport and train station. Professional staff, clean and reasonably spacious room with decent breakfast options. Although, there is a bus service that drops you next to the hotel, we preferred the walk absorbing the fantastic view of the lagoon.

Situato a nord di Santa Maria Elisabetta, ad una decina di minuti a piedi dall'approdo del vaporetto che arriva da Venezia (ad esempio con la linea 1) l'equivalente di 2 minuti di autobus (linea A) se lo si prende nel verso giusto :)È un hotel 4 stelle.Il personale molto gentile e cordiale, la colazione varia e abbondante, la possibilità di pernottare qui con il vostro cane di piccola taglia, la comodità dei mezzi pubblici per raggiungere ogni punto del Lido e Venezia sia durante il giorno che di notte fanno del Russo Palace Hotel un ottimo punto di partenza per conoscere le meraviglie della laguna di Venezia.

Personale gentile e stanza pulita, anche se un po' piccola. Purtroppo la nostra non era vista mare. Nota dolorosa: bagno piccolo e senza ripiani per appoggiare le cose, doccia con porta scorrevole scassata che non chiudeva bene. Essendo in vespa, ci hanno lasciato parcheggiare all'interno di una piccola corte privata.

The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly , the breakfast was delicious and the women whose work at breakfast time was very nice and friendly, the hotel is 2 stops from the Lido station and 20 minutes by water bus from Venice. their is a view directly to the sea.
