Super Service!Im Rad Urlaub war etwas kaputt. Drei Stunden später war alles wieder fertig (ohne Termin, einfach rein ins Geschäft und fertig) das auch noch zu einem absolut hervorragenden Preis! Der Urlaub war somit gerettet. Ist auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung Wert!

They took our broken tandem on a Friday afternoon and repaired the broken rear wheel bearings before closing. We were touring on the tandem and without this amazing shop, our trip would have been over. We love this shop!!

This is just a great shop right in the down town area of Merano. I phoned them from my holiday home because my Specialized Epic got damaged during the ride from NL to Italy. My rear carbon rim broke / melted due to the heat of the exhaust of my car. Never knew that could happen. Utterly disappointed of course to start our holiday like that.Nevertheless Bike Point went above and beyond to help me. I have never experienced such service anywhere. Their mechanic spoke a complete new wheel at his home that same evening because he was on holiday the next day. I could pick up my bike the next morning where he dropped off the new wheel. They also changed the brake pads, made my wheel tubeless again and all at a great price. I was just speechless. All in all this will be an expensive journey to fix my Epic with new original Roval Control SL wheels, but this shop just helped my out in a great way, where they could have just turned me down as well (which I would have understood showing up 45 minutes before closing time). THANK YOU guys at Bike Point. Nice people do exist and today was an epic ride with my Epic and my wife in the heights above Merano.

Vasta scelta, prezzi come sempre abbastanza cari, servizio meccanica che molte volte ha lasciato a desiderare.

The staff was really helpful and they managed to fix my bike even when I arrived with only half an hour to closing time.

The owner and staff at this bike shop are nothing short of heroes. We faced a real problem getting our bikes shipped to the UK (Well done Brexit) but Marcus and his team literally saved us from tears. Given how professionally and kindly they dealt with us sweaty Englishmen just turning up to their busy shop, I can only imagine how much they care about their other customers and service. I wish we were more bike shops like this in the UK.
