Sungalass Hut

This is for the Sunglass Hut in the Palmanova Outlet Mall. Decent selection, ok prices, but high pressure sales and while they charged me the correct price for my sunglasses as was marked, when I got home I realized they used a completely different model (same brand) of sunglasses on my receipt AND also gave me a completely different box for a different model of sunglasses (same brand) for the box and case/bag. So now both my receipt and box show the wrong model# and are completely USELESS for making a return, exchange, or for the “one year warranty”. Perhaps this was an honest mistake, but if it was then it was a big one and shows a lack of professionalism and general incompetence. I’ve bought from Sunglass Hut in USA many times before and this has never happened. Warning: CHECK YOUR RECEIPT to make sure they used the correct model / number for your sunglasses!

Mio marito è stato con il buono che viene dato dall'outlet per il compleanno e nonostante il negozio rientrasse nell' elenco degli aderenti gli è stato detto che non aderisce. Vi consiglio di migliorare la comunicazione che è molto scadente.
