Our bags have not arrived in two days, nobody answers the phone. I’ve left text messages through What’sApp. Through their tracker, it stated bags were delivered, but I can attest to the fact they’ve not. Our driver, SAURO, just deleted our bags. He was kind and professional and apologized for whatever transpired prior to the delivery. It would be very helpful if the company would simply text when they get possession of the bag from the airport and let us know approximately when to expect bags. We are grateful they are here, I think communication both from the airport and the delivery company could be better. Again the driver was excellent.

They are supposed to have delivered my luggage two days ago from the florence airport. I'm still waiting and nobody answers the phone. Very poor service.

This company is in charge to deliver lost luggage from Florence Airport.The luggage arrived Florence airport 24 hour ago, and they promise to deliver yesterday. Nothing happens yesterday - today they still promise to deliver - still nothing happen! They do not answer the telephone after 10 - 20 times calls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! not good - service???? NO!

They took my delayed luggage and did not deliver as promised! I called them, noone answers the phone! Unbelievable! Why did you take my baggage if you don't want to delvier it? I could have picked it up myself!
