Very trustworthy webshop, with really outstanding pieces. I have ordered twice from the shop, first time leather accessoies as Christmas present (arrived in time!), then a MOVA Globe. All the leatherware was superb quality. I was surprised, when I had found a handwritten greeting card in the package. At the second time unfortunately the external wrapping box of the Mova globe was damaged by the delivery company. I did not accept the delivery, because I was not sure what happened with the sensitive mechanics inside, maybe they had dropped it. As I wrote the story to Manufactus, they immediately offered to send me a new one, and they did so. The new globe arrived in a bomb-proof tripple packaging, with extra shock absorbing filling.

Tiny little but very nice shop, offering high quality handmade and handy products. If you're looking for souvenirs for your beloved acquaintances or family, forget about the 1€-Souvenir-Shops and better spend an extra Euro in order to receive sth. which it's worth it to be remembered to Rome!Very friendly, individual service and guidance through their product range.If you're looking for some minutes away from Rome's rush hour, go to Manufactus Rome, where the very friendly and polite personnel takes their time without being intrusive.You will go out, happy with your new unique and customized gift. The cutest little shop in the center of Rome. They have beautiful leather bound books, journals, and even wax stamps! The staff was very helpful and we left there with unique gifts for everyone back home! Absolutely loved it and can't wait to go back and visit again!!

Loved the store, but...I bought one of their journals with a removable leather cover (so I could replace the journal and keep using the cover). Was told it was an A6 journal...turns out the leather cover is sized for an A6, not the notebook. It's very difficult to find the notebooks that fit inside (which is 9.3x13).UPDATE: they reached out to me, and offered me a fix to get replacement notebooks directly from them.

Been walking for quite some time to find this cute gem to make a personalised gift. Loved everything they had inside from the hand made diaries to the wrapping paper.
