I decided to buy my birthday present but I was not sure what I wanted. Susanna was so helpful, she showed me anything I asked to see. Professional and friendly at the same time. Finally I chose my present and left the store so happy.

Love this Gucci store - great selection and the staff are outstanding. Susanna, in particular, is an absolute gem! I cant wait to come back and pick up some more Gucci when I am next flying through Rome Airport.

Terminal 1 after passport control in the E area. Wonderful experience because it’s duty free and no need to go through VAT refund process it’s already removed from the price.

Stay away! Shopping at this Gucci store was the worst experience of my life! The male seller was very nice I asked him how many belts and bags can I purchased them. I picked something for my sister, my husband, and myself. We’ve been waiting for 45 minute for a old female seller to put in my email, she asked my sister’s and my email over and over again, I didn’t understand why she needed so many emails. After 40mintues she told me we can only buy 1 thing. If we want to buy more, we need to shop at the online store. That’s was so ridiculous! We came to this store because it’s duty free. We had two passports and I was told the maximum for 2 customers was 4 belts and 3 bags when we walked in. She wasted our time, I like Rome but this experience ruined my vacation

Susanna is the loveliest person! Best customer service I’ve ever received; she even sent me a birthday message 6 months after I bought a bag from Gucci in April! I will 100% be asking for Susanna if I am to return to Rome in the future, when I buy another Gucci purchase. Thank you so much! Give Susanna a pay rise!
