We scheduled a pick up for a private water taxi from the train station to take us to our hotel on an inner canal. We were very happy with their service - they were there on time, polite, and dropped us off at the dock of our hotel. We splurged for the luxury boat and a trip through the Grand Canal - highly recommend!

Boat driver 15 mins late for pick up. When I called to inquire, the person answering acted like I didn’t have a reservation. Paid extra for a Grand Canal tour that didn’t happen. Contacted the company and got no response.

I arranged for this water taxi to pickup me and my two teenaged grandkids at the train station to take us to the dock of our hotel. He was there right on time and it was a beautiful experience. I re-booked them for our return 4 days later. This is a $65 one way trip. When embarked we noticed a small fridge inside the cabin and we could see it held water bottles. My grandson got one of the water bottles and the boat driver very curtly asked what he was doing - grandson said he was getting a bottle of water and we would gladly pay for it. The driver very curtly replied most people ask first before they get the water". Ok. So sorry

An absolutely fantastic experience. A must for any trip to Venice. As soon as we got off our train at San Lucia, we were greeted by our host (this is an added option $$$) who was wonderful. She took us to our taxi and off we went.Couldn't fault the service and we will definitely be back.

DO NOT believe this company's promise of great customer service! And DO NOT get in Taxi Boat 33! The driver was irate we weren't at the dock 15 minutes before the requested and documented pick up time. Our train hadn't even arrived at the station yet. When we went to the dock we were told to go to, the taxi wasn't even there. When he came back he yelled at us as we got on the boat and wouldn't stop. I bumped my head on the cabin trying to get to the rear of the boat and away from this raving maniac. This was the only sub-standard service we received on a 2 week journey to 2 countries. The company's website pledges the staff is polite

We had a great experience with this service. It was easy to book. They communicated well including where to meet the boat and the name of the driver. The boat arrived on time and we enjoyed the journey.

We took a taxi from Venezia S.L to our hotel and communications worked fine
