Zero professionalità.Ho ordinato 1000 etichette e ho avuto a che fare con il centro di produzione genovese di Label Partners. Dopo aver inviato il progetto grafico con tutti i codici Pantone come richiesto, mi sono state inviate le etichette con qualche giorno di ritardo. Al ritiro del pacco ho purtroppo constatato che i colori stampati non corrispondevano a quelli inseriti da me, per di più gran parte delle etichette contenevano errori di stampa come aree sbiadite, o senza inchiostro, o con bordi sovrapposti. Li ho immediatamente contattati come da loro direttive in caso di reclamo, e lì è iniziato il teatrino. 4 mesi di mail ignorate, e alle mie richieste di rimborso o rilavorazione ho ricevuto nulla più di un paio di risposte evasive e sbeffeggianti. Secondo loro siccome la qualità delle etichette è stata ben controllata prima dell'invio, è tutto a posto così. Ormai non rispondono neanche più. Complimentoni!

I have been looking for somewhere to get labels for my pet products and wasn't disappointed. Easy to order, help if needed and delivered as indicated. I shall be using Label Partners again

Very proffessional done. I received what I ordered and this was confirmed before production. Fantastic value for money.

Ignored Pantone requested, very unfriendly and rude email reply to complaint. Good quality woven, but color and attitude way off. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Wish I had looked at reviews before wasting money. One star for quality of woven label - minus 4 for color and attitude. I am supposed to order again for half price - not willing to waste any more money with them. Sign-off via picture not possible for color - hence specific metallic Pantone requested, woven in plain brown instead.

The labels are very good quality. The only negative point of this company is that I could't contacted them by phone as there is just a machine answering they can only be contacted by email. Also it looks like the UK branch" does either not exist or is not monitored. After the first sample was woven wrong it took me a few emails to finally get an answer from them. The labels I received in the end however are great. If they improve in communicating with clients this company is nice to work with."

fatto ordine online con qualche dubbio e invece si sono dimostrati veramente professionali e strapuntuali sui tempi di consegna!!!! sito fatto veramente bene, facile e intuitivo!!! good job!!!!!!!

Just received shipment of my first label order. After placing my order I was sent a sample within a few days. About a week later they arrived and I couldn't be happier with the quality.

Tatsächlich mit Abstand einer der grössten Unverschämtheiten, die ich bei einem Lieferanten erleben durfte. Das kann man leider nicht anders beurteilen. In meinen Augen auch nicht seriös. Daher kann ich jedem nur raten: Finger weg von diesem Unternehmen!An einigen Rezessionen hier ist auch klar zu erkennen, dass wir offensichtlich nicht die einzigen sind, die Probleme mit diesem Lieferanten/Hersteller haben.Wir haben insgesamt dreimal dort Etiketten bestellt. Bei den ersten beiden Lieferungen funktioniere alles einwandfrei. Dann kam die Nachbestellung. Hier waren die falschen Farben verwendet worden, die Etiketten schief aufeinandergefalzt (zeitaufwändiges einnähen), deutlich sichtbarere Falzabdrücke und grosse Schnittmarkierungen sichtbar mitten auf dem Etikett! Doch als Antwort bekam ich nur Ausreden zugesendet und ein negieren von sämtlichen geradezu offensichtlichen Fehlern. Die Mitarbeiterin erklärte uns dann noch, wie man die Etiketten einnäht und das man dann ja sowieso nicht die Schnittmarkierungen sieht. Woher will sie denn wissen, wie wir die Etiketten verarbeiten? Sie werden hauptsächlich aussen angenäht. Somit sind sie nicht zu verarbeiten. Die grossen Schnittmarkierungen hätte man ausserdem eingeführt. Schön, dass ich darüber nicht vorher informiert wurde. Aufrichtig wäre es zumindest gewesen. Dann folgte noch eine richtig irre Ausrede: Angeblich waren die ersten beiden Lieferungen der Etiketten in Bezug auf die Farbe falsch gedruckt. Aha, Label Partners schickt also wissentlich falsch produzierte Ware ohne einen Hinweis an seine Kunden und kassiert dafür noch Geld. Gut zu wissen. Nochmal drucken wolle man die Etiketten ausserdem nicht. Danach wurde meine Mail ignoriert.Daraufhin habe ich um eine Rückzahlung gebeten mit einer entsprechenden Frist. Diese Mail wurde von einem angeblichen Leiter Kundenbetreuung/Verkauf" an mich gesendet. Man muss natürlich noch hinzufügen
