Very nice location in the heart of Venice, 10 minutes away from Saint Mark's square and just 5 mins from rialto bridge.The room we bought was the top floor, with a view on ca d'oro (grand canal). Everything nice and clean, with vintage furniture for a more authentic feel.

Non consiglio a Nessuno.Scadente sono le 3:05 del mattino e non si riesce a dormire, come se sotto ci fossero lavori in piena notte. Ho anche segnalato. Venire in vacanza e non poter dormire la notte. Assurdo.

We were there back in October and had a great stay. Good location to see all the sites but not super noisy. Some great little restaurants close by as well.

Excellent option for a stay in Venice .. close to Grand Canal and easy walking to lots places .. very comfortable with really hospitable staff and well organised

Lovely small hotel in good location. It is just 3 minutes to the waterbus station, near the market where could buy a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits. The room was big and clean and was fully equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful to provide us guidance to get around the city. Just a note that there was no elevator in this hotel but our room was in the first floor so it made no problem.

Nice staff and superb location.The only reason rooms is getting 3 stars is the fact that there were no AC and it was really hot.The room had an aircooler which was not sufficient, even though they put in cooling pads (nice staff!).Would recommend if you can sleep a little hot

Great hotel for the price range and very close to all the attractions. 5 minutes from the Rialto bridge but also far enough away that you're not constantly in the swarm of tourists. The rooms were clean and were cleaned daily. Very friendly staff. Make sure you have cash to pay the city's tourist tax.

Stanza molto spaziosa provvista di frigobar, tavolino con sedia, televisore, bollitore e armadio.Bagno confortevole, anche se non troppo spazioso.Nonostante l'hotel si trovi in una zona centrale, parecchio affollata, la camera risulta essere ben insonorizzata
