Even though it was less than 10 degrees outside they refused to heat up the room. Overheard the owner talking badly about customers simply because they wanted to leave at 8 am.

I was unlucky to arrive very late in the evening and got the room at the first floor. It is a very noisy room, and when noisy cars go in the street your're easily woken up. The room was clean, but a bit scarce. The personal was very nice and friendly. I'm sure that with a better room I would have given one more star.
