Chiamiamo perché interessati ad un immobile , la prima signora che ci risponde (unica persona più gentile e professionale) ci indirizza a metterci in contatto con una sua collega che si occupa della zona, da lì è stato un incubo! La Collega, una persona svogliata, per niente professionale e completamente inadatta ad invogliare le persone all’acquisto , ci demoralizza subito sull acquisto, nonostante noi insistiamo per vedere l’immobile, ancora deve rispondere ai messaggi!! We would highly recommend L’Architrave to anyone looking to purchase a property in the Lunigiana area of Tuscany. During our search process Terri gave us numerous options which met our criteria - Terri and Louisa spent two days with us showing us properties in 2 areas. Once we had made an offer Terri and Lois managed the whole process. The service they offer both during and after the sale was exceptional.

Very disappointed. I thought from their website that this was a professional company that cares for clients throughout the purchase process. I sent requests 3 times over a week, but no response. after phoning because our time in the area would be ending within a week, I got a response that they are so busy they aren’t arranging any viewings, but they would like to work with me. I’m not purchasing a property in Italy or anywhere else without personally inspecting it first. I don’t consider this professional. Obviously, I’m not important enough.

I gave the house keys and photos to the owner of this business to sell my house. After many months they had done nothing and when I went to speak to them, they said that they couldn't find the house keys. I called them 7 times over a one week period to find out something about my house but they always told me that the person assigned to my case was not available and that they would call me back. However, no one called me at all, I didn't receive a single phone call from them. Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich beim L'Architrave Team bedanken. Wir wurden durch den ganzen Prozess des Hauskaufs sehr professionell betreut. Von der Erstbesichtigung im März über den Notartermin im Juni, alles verlief völlig reibungslos. Die Hilfe bei der Anmeldung von Wasser, Strom, Bankverbindung, etc. hat uns sehr geholfen, vor allem wenn man nicht vor Ort ist. Wir konnten uns 100% auf alles verlassen! Ohne das Team hätten wir das nicht geschafft. Und obendrein haben wir eine Immobilie gefunden, mit der wir sehr sehr glücklich sind. Noch nie haben wir eine so gute Betreuung beim Immobilienkauf erlebt. Dafür noch einmal ein Herzliches Dankeschön! Wir geben eine 100% Weiterempfehlung!

My husband and I found our dream retirement villa in Licciana Nardi, Tuscany and the team at L'Architrave Immobiliare worked closely with us to make it a reality! Responsiveness, attention to detail and customer service were excellent from start to finish. Lois and Terri walked us through the buying process, all in the midst of the pandemic with everything being done on line and questions were answered to our satisfaction. Giovanna (a shining star) continues to make all the connections for us with an Italian bank account, utilities and registration with the Comune and is the best at what she does. Agnese helped with our paperwork and documents and Jeremy is working closely with us on the restoration efforts. All in all, an excellent team who have now become friends. I would highly recommend them.
