Went above and beyond for us after we realised we would not make it back over the valley in time to collect our belongings. Wonderful staff, wonderful ski area (best I have been to in Switzerland in terms of options, variety and overall friendliness).

Arosa is not bad, but Lenzerheide became a total disappointment for us as we are snowboarders...

We went skiing in Lenzerheide/Arosa on February 4th. Before we set off, we checked the website to see what the weather was like and whether all the lifts were running. According to the website, all lifts and slopes are in operation. When we arrived on site, exactly 5 lifts and 5 slopes were open (probably due to storm), on their website were nevertheless all lifts listed as in operation. In the afternoon, one lift was taken out of service for 1.5 h without further information, so we were stranded in the valley. When we wanted to make our way home, a bus line simply did not run at all and the alternative line was already discontinued at 16:00. For 70 CHF absolutely not recommendable.
