Biglietteria FS Bluferries - Villa San Giovanni

Eccezionale per i prezzi rispetto alle altre compagnie ma l'organizzazione lascia molto a desiderare. In primis il ragazzo alla biglietteria che è molto svogliato (probabilmente non gli piace questo lavoro) e il traghetto che era destinato al porto di messina è andato all'altro porto (tremestieri), senza nemmeno una minima comunicazione. Per chi non è della zona questo può significare molto.

Ho traghettato il sabato 7 agosto, pieno periodo di vacanza, quando ho visto che la coda iniziava all'uscita della strazione di rifornimento di Villa San Giovanni ho pensato al peggio. Invece in meno di mezz'ora eravamo giù un posizione per attendere il traghetto. L'organizzazione ottima, curata da polizia e personale della compagnia. Mentre attendevamo il traghetto ho fatto i biglietti, velocissimi, senza coda, ho pagato €65 per un autovettura, andata e ritorno, il ritorno valido per 60 gg. L'imbarco organizzato e veloce, l'interno del traghetto pulitissimo con segnalazioni di dove sedersi per mantenere il distanziamento. In somma, abbiamo avuto una esperienza positiva e gradevole che ripeteremo ben volentieri.

After using many ferries on various Greek islands, I got here with some concerns based on some of the reviews I read. I had a very nice experience, with the easiest boarding experience, their staff guides you step by step, you get in line, you have time ot buy the tickets, then you approach the ferry, you go on it on the HORIZONTAL (easy peasy really) then on landing, the ferry opens the other exit you YOU DONT HAVE TO TURN

If you want to take a ferry from the mainland of Italy to Sicily you'll probably take a ferry from Villa San Giovanni to Messina since it's the most convenient. You'll arrive at the port and will be able to choose between two or three different operators. The Bluferries is one of them, on the most left side of the options. If you choose them they'll ask you to get in a line and wait for their sign to drive on the ferry. They will not give any further instructions, but when you put your vehicle in line that's the moment you should walk to the tickets office and get your ticket. Otherwise they'll stop you just before you get on the boat (and be very weird about you not knowing that you should have got a ticket in the office even though you got no instructions whatsoever) and you'll have to walk back and miss your ferry. It costs about € 33,- for a regular car. Don't get it online because it'll cost around € 50,- and you still have to go to the tickets office. After your purchase you can wait untill you can drive on the ferry. The trip takes about 20 minutes, so you can take some time walking around on the ferry and enjoying the views. There are toilets but no other facilities. There are ferries 24/7, the time schedule is on their site but in reality they'll just go 'whenever they go' because 'Italy'.

Ottimo servizio. Veloce imbarco. Basta organizzarsi con gli orari pubblicati. Secondo la mia esperienza è molto meglio della Caronte. In quanto si approda non al centro di Messina ma direttamente a Tremestieri. Quindi si ha collegamento direttamente in autostrada. Senza passare nella caotica Messina. Consigliato

Servizio biglietteria molto veloce la nave un po’ meno … peccato perché costa meno ed è spesso poco affollata

Fila interminabile, più di 1 ora d attesa sotto il sole, non consiglio assolutamente imbarco FS, MOLTO più lento l arrivo a Messina.

Pessima esperienza, aliscafo ore 8;30 parte alle ore 8:45 con conseguente perdita del treno, attendendo due ore a Villa perdendo mezza giornata
