Strategic locaton - near to SM Novella train station, tram, Mercato &:other places of interest. Classical themed hotel and beautifully decorated room and a long balcony to enjoy the Florence street scenes. Helpful and friendly staff especially Christine. Plus point: there is a complimentary coffee machine serving nice coffee at the reception.

This is a great option for anyone looking to spend a few days in Florence on a budget. The hotel is centrally located and very close to Santa Maria Novella station, making it very accessible and great for day trips outside the city.Our room was clean and had basic amenities, but it was also a little cramped and not as spacious as it appeared on the listing. Also, the breakfast could have been better (some fruit and/or cereal would have been nice). These criticisms aside, this was still good value considering the location and the friendly and communicative staff. Recommended.

Esperienza unica !Essere accolti da un vero Fiorentino non è una cosa da poco !La posizione e’ ideale e l’ambiente molto accogliente .

Very good accommodation. The host Ms Florio is very welcoming and efficient. Would definitely stay here again. Has a small elevator so you don't have to carry luggage up stairs. Central area very close walking to everything. And arriving from train is super close.

Very good localisation. Kind People. Breakfast might be a little bit better, I was missing something warm, even warm croissant would do the job, but it was really small problem when taking all facts into consideration.

Small bed and breakfast located on the third floor of a small building in a great location, only a block from the market, train station, many restaurants, bakeries, gift shops, tourist attractions. Kind and generous owner/operator keeps the place clean. Rooms are not large, but have nice amenities, small fridge, special windows that greatly reduce street noise. Elevator is tiny, but that's expected and only necessary for luggage.

We had a three-nights stay in Old Florence Inn which was overall a pleasant experience. The staff and friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and cozy, bright and well furnished. You'll have everything you need around. The bathrooms are also clean and neat. Only, you won't have access to 24h reception. The staff work from 9AM to 7PM everyday. There are some facilities missing. But the stay was worth the price.

Impossibile dare meno, Florio e' stato al top per gentilezza e disponibilità, la camera era pulita e confortevole, con a/c e dotata di doppi vetri che ci hanno permesso di riposare bene dopo le lunghe bellissime passeggiate fiorentine eliminando qualsiasi rumore esterno.La prima colazione è già pronta in camera e non manca di nulla.Consigliamo vivamente l'Old Florence Inn!

Great location for tourists, right across the train station. Friendly owner and clean room. The building and the facilities are both quite old though.
