Very helpful and friendly people. I had trouble with my road bike and they were able to help me right away. I also rented an electric mountain bike there, they gave me the right advice at a good price. I will definitely go here again!

It was a horrible experience. The employees and pseudo you owner, were rude and so unwelcoming. The weren’t transparent about the price, they charged us extra for the helmets without letting us know and when we brought it up they treated us with a very dismissive tone. I wish I never rented from them. They ruined the whole experience. Plus the bicycle brakes weren’t working well and they didn’t have the right helmet size for my husband.

Scarsa disponibilità di uno dei commessi, quasi al limite della maleducazione...il tutto condito da battute come solo gli stranieri sanno fare il check-in ...gli italiani proprio non ci riescono" ..usando un termine inglese (di cui evidentemente non conoscono il vero significato) per abbellire il fatto dell'aver reso macchinosa la banale registrazione dei dati di peso e altezza dello sciatore.A onor del vero un mio amico chiedendo consiglio per uno scarpone è stato trattato in modo molto più cortese da un altro commesso."

I rented from Kostner on my first ever ski trip. When we picked up on Sunday, it was massively crowded but they were still very nice despite being super busy.In addition, I had started on a snowboard but when I came back, defeated from having forgotten everything I learned decades ago, they were happy to let me switch out for skis.Highly recommended!

Non parlo italiano, racconterò nel miglior modo possibile. Le bici che ho noleggiato erano molto buone. Il contratto e il servizio erano pessimi. Mi hanno sovraccaricato.The bikes I have rented were very good. The contract and the service were lousy. They overcharged me.Las bicicletas que he rentado eran muy buenas. El contrato y el servicio fueron pésimos. Me cobraron de más.

We were visiting from USA and made contact through email back in March. Staff was great communicating by emails and reserved an ebike for my wife and a Pinerallo for me. When we arrived to ride Sellaronda Bike Day the weather was not conducive for us to bike as we had limited winter riding clothes. The staff was understanding and only charged us for one day rentals even though we had the bikes for two days. Great location in Corvara and friendly English speaking staff. I highly recommend the bike shop and would contacts them again when in the Dolomites.
