Horrible rude and very r@cist. No information given about where the stop is and other bus drivers are completely unhelpful. Refused to help my aging parents and instead giving them arrogant replies in English while helping other Europeans a lot. Do not recommend whatsoever. A little bit more competition would help improve the service I hope. Also this is the 21st century @ssholes.

Worst bus service EVER! Second time that the bus driver DOES NOT stop at the Busstop (Number 2 to PULA) as indicated on the ticket INSIDE the building at Trieste (7 May 2023). We had to buy another ticket and the poor lady behind the counter in Trieste phoned head office three times trying to assist us.I will never recommend this bus service to anyone! The staff members on the bus are also extremely unfriendly. Smoking all the time and not assisting anyone!Linda DavisSouth Africa

SPORCIZIA OVUNQUE, Stazione chiusa alla sera, nessun posto dove attendere l'autobus se non in mezzo ad una strada. Bar interno stazione sporchissimo, soffitti neri, piccioni ovunque nel bar, degrado totale e i gestori non parlano neanche italiano, solo cinese o una lingua incomprensibile, entrando sembra di stare nei quartieri peggiori di Pechino. unica nota positiva il personale in biglietteria, educati e gentilissimi.

No place to sit, have to stay standing, be careful as sometimes buses park somewhere else outside station instead of on platform so make sure you check outside too or you may miss the bus. I give 2 stars instead of 1 because at least it is covered from elements.

No one to give you information, neither an information point. Bus drivers are not so available and someone are rude and they don't speak English. The bus was dirty inside and the recharge points near the seat for mobile did not work. We could not book our seats online and we had to change them for people come with reservations. The only positive aspect is that the travel is cheap.

Flixbus departure stop is inside the building Platform 2. Go through the red doors inside! Locals won’t have a clue when you ask and the info point person could be away. When I was dropped off, it was outside the building so go inside if you are leaving from Trieste.Update: the bus driver came inside the building and told everyone to go outside. What a mess! The bus left 10 min late. Still go inside like they told you per the signs and per the platform indication first.

The toilets don't work. The information" desk personal leave without any notice of when they will be back. They don't know anything about Flixbus. The Flixbus information sign by terminal 2 is out of order. This is suppose to be an up-and-coming tourist destination

We were waiting for bus number 1263 to Ljubljana from Trieste on 30/7/23 inside the terminal at the Flix bus platform number 2. When another bus to Zagreb came at our time 8:25 I asked the driver about my bus. He was so rude and said he is not my baby sitter! Instead of speaking rudely 10 sentences he could have just said a single one that check outside maybe bus is there. We figured it out eventually. Wondering what he achieved by being so rude. Flix bus should fix the information display.

The bus stop has both a pavilion outside and rooms inside the building. also inside there are several shops and a toilet. toilet clean, 50 cents.
