Chef Enton is a dynamic and talented chef. His private service for our winter trip was accompanied by an incredible staff, and endlessly exquisite plates. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a one of a kind culinary experience

We’ve just returned from a spectacular holiday cesa de louf in Arraba. Wow !!!Chef Anthony and team served up the most delicious and outstanding meals each night . As a family we are kosher and it was such a treat not to have to worry about the menu or what we could or couldn’t eat. Chef Anthony was v knowledgable and extremely thoughtful about it all . And the food … our favourites ( v difficult to pick bc it was all incredible ) were Tuna tartare and dry cured sea bass, unbelievable linguine with anchovy , bbqd raddicio with wood fired fish - and each course carefully paired with wines you can only dream off .Chef Anthony and team are tops . Hats off to you all !

Complimenti ad Anthony per la fantastica esperienza che ci ha fatto vivere.In uno Chalet nel cuore delle Dolomiti Lo Chef si è preso cura di me e dei miei ospiti in maniera impeccabile con una cena fantastica con Menu dedicato a noi e costruito insieme. La mattina dopo una splendida colazione ci attendeva al nostro risveglio e a seguire un ottimo pranzo.Un grazie speciale ad Anthony !
