Purtroppo, questa rencisione è dovuta alla grande delusione che ho riscontrato in bagno, quando do ho premuto il pulsante, si è staccato immediatamente la mascherina copri vaschetta, il water sporco, non da escrementi ma da una bella macchia in verticale marrone, probabilmente dovuta alla poca muntenzione, poi la tv, non Funzionava, poi come gentilezza certo, era impeccabile, mi ha dato i migliori consigli, ma la grande delusione che quando ho portato le chiavi alla reception, mi hanno aperto a piedi nudi in pigiama, insomma mi sembra che si divrebbe avere un vestiario migliore essendo che si lavora in pubblico. Ha' bene' pazienza certo che per l'importante che ho pagato almeno un poco' di decoro, sia verso il portinaio, che in bagno. . . comunque per fortuna ottima posizione al centro. . .

I arrived late evening and was very tired. Reception allocated me a room different from what I booked, WITH A BROKEN DOOR AND NO AIR CONDITIONER. Clearly not only that was a violation to what I booked and paid, but also a health and safety threat. I asked the reception to change the room to the one I booked and paid. The reception initially refused but could not give a clear/sensible reason, despite booking.com showed the room I originally booked was still available at that night. More funnily, the reception told me that they were repairing the air conditioners for the building - there is no AC in that room at all!The overall argument lasted for several minutes, and I think the reception eventually saw I was more serious than he speculated, he just changed his mouth and allocated me a proper room (with a proper door + AC, but no WIFI).Frankly speaking, that was a scary situation and discrimination to customers. Imagine someone shy or bad in language, would be cheated for money, and live an unsafe room with heath and safety threat.So please double think before you book. That happened to me and could happen again to anyone else who they could speculate to take advantage from.

I upgraded to a room with AC, did not get AC but they gave me two fans and I slept fine (was a really hot weekend). Queen bed was two twin mattresses smushed together. Shower pressure was the most pathetic I've ever seen. That being said it was cheap and I was glad I had a place to stay that had such a good location. Seemed clean overall. They make you give up your room key at the front desk before leaving which I thought was strange but I have never stayed at other hotels in Italy so I don't know...

Disgusting, dirty. Toilets barely cleaned and bedding clearly had not been changed. Had to ask to change rooms. Only good thing is location. Guests were very loud at night in the corridors so hard to get sleep. Glad I only stayed here for one night.

Clean rooms near the main trainstation. Very basic fascilities and the breakfast was close to uacceptable...

Diamo una stella perché di meno non si può. Pericoloso raggiungerlo per la cattiva frequentazione del quartiere, camere sporche e rotte, colazione non buona.Reception al 4 piano e camera al 3 con la porta che non si chiude a chiave dall’esterno. Porta del bagno rotta e sporca, come la doccia (piena di calcare, con la maniglia divisa in due e la mappa con un buco nella parte superiore) e il lavandino. Tavoletta del wc palesemente non pulita, carta igienica ammezzata (l’avanzo degli ospiti del soggiorno precedente), asciugamani non cambiati per tre giorni. Pavimento rotto, finestra che non chiude e con vetri estremamente sottili da far passare ogni rumore e un po’ di freddo, camera non insonorizzata. Televisione (vecchia) presente ma non funzionante, stessa cosa per il climatizzatore. Testata del letto in legno staccata dalla parete, lenzuola sporche.Di notte ci sono persone che spacciano e si drogano direttamente all’ingresso dell’hotel e sono state frequenti risse e furti. Non prenotate!!!

THIS HOTEL IS CLOSED.I paid for a room at this hotel only to arrive and discover that it was completely closed. I believe it burnt down. I was informed by someone else in the building that it had been closed for over 3 weeks but the booking was still available for purchase online.DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

Non prenotate in questa struttura, abbiamo speso in due circa 60 euro a notte (a testa) per dormire in una stanza con la porta chiaramente scassinata e mai cambiata che a malapena di chiudeva e che da fuori riuscivi a vedere dentro la stanza essendoci un buco grande. Pulizia inesistente, ai piedi del letto c'era una macchia enorme appiccicosa che non oso chiedermi cosa fosse, l'aria condizionata si accendeva solo se spegnevi l'interruttore generale della luce della stanza (Boh? è normale a luglio, a Roma con 45 gradi all'ombra?). Locali sporchi, scale in comune con altri hotel e altri condomini, zona improponibile la notte da soli. Colazione inesistente, gente che grida tutta la notte e si prende a schiaffi. Non ci vale i soldi spesi.

Hotel in ottima posizione, personale molto gentile e disponibile,buona la colazione.
