I had an issue with a ticket that I purchased through a website and Omar Air office was the only one able to help me. This is how a customer service should work. I spoke with Anna and she was amazing: clear and efficient. I am very grateful.I encourage everyone to book their flights directly with this airline and never through a third-party website.

Oman Air has literally stole millions of euros from its customers.
