Sentiero 7A Corniglia-Volastra-Manarola

Beautiful hike and it seemed less busy and more secluded than other sections of hiking trails in the region.

In my opinion, the most beautiful path in the Cinque Terre. longest but most picturesque. Spectacular views guaranteed! it's better to start from the Manarola side - the approach to Volastra is steep in places (lots of stairs but not very steep) but you can avoid it by taking a bus from Manarola to Volastra. from Volastra the route is almost always flat with breathtaking views. only at the end of the route, on the descent to Cornnila, the route becomes steep and uncomfortable. the climb up from Cornnila is much worse than the one from Manarola so it's better to start from the other side. The whole route took us 2h20 minutes at a normal pace

Sentier en partie ombragé. Magnifiques vues sur les vignes, la mer. Prévoyez de l eau et de bonnes chaussures. Je n envisagerais pas de faire ce sentier en plein été quand il y a beaucoup de touristes, c est parfois difficile de se croiser et il doit faire très chaud. Mi avril c était idéal.

Un sentiero meraviglioso a picco sul mare che attraversa i vigneti delle 5 Terre. Consiglio di farlo partendo da Corniglia in quanto più morbido. Il sentiero parte poco prima della chiesa di Corniglia per poi salire attraverso il bosco verso il piccolo borgo di Volastra(si arriva alla chiesa di N.S della Salute) e poi riscende verso Manarola con una vista panoramica sul paese. Il percorso é ben tenuto e ben segnalato, la difficoltà é bassa. Adatto a chiunque col giusto abbigliamento.

A hike worth completing. Different than the other hikes, This route takes you through green forrest, through vineyards and spectacular views. It was also less busy than for example monterosso/ varnazza.It took us on a easy phase 75 minutes. Be mindful that some parts of the paths are very narrow with a steep cliff. Those scared of highest would need their time / space.Also, there are different ways to reach the path.Starting from the town or closer the coast.

Bellissima. L'unica delle 5 terre senza sbocco al mare. Ci sono però delle spiaggette di scogli raggiungibili a piedi tramite una scalinata di oltre 300 gradini.Comunque molto suggestiva. I panorami che vi si godono sono impagabili.L'abbiamo raggiunta col treno e dalla stazione al paese abbiamo usufruito della navetta che parte ogni farci minuti.

Un sentier de randonnée que nous adorons !Nous l'avons parcouru à chacun de nos quatre séjours aux Cinq Terres, mais dans le sens Manarola - Volastra - Corniglia pour avoir le plus souvent le soleil derrière.On peut aller jusqu'à Volastra en mini-bus, ce qui économise les jambes d'un certain âge...Les vues sont magnifiques, spécialement en automne (octobre) et sont une récompense des efforts à faire, tout comme les photos que chacun rapporte.Il y a du monde mais la bonne humeur règne partout et se croiser, être dépassé, se fait sans problème.Photos entre Volastra et Corniglia.

Cool trail with great views of the coast. We enjoyed the views of the countryside. There were a handful of other tourists but did not feel too crowded
