The location has changed and the map is not accurate. We visited 3 times when applying for residency. They have lines and short hours but once we got to see the staff we found them to be very helpful and kind. The madness of the Italian bureaucracy is no fault of theirs they do the best the can to work through the system

Arretratezza allo stato puro. Pur avendo tutta la modulistica già compilata, per una semplice dichiarazione di residenza ho dovuto aspettare 2 ore e alla fine non ho concluso nulla visto che alle 12 gli sportelli chiudono anche in presenza dell'utenza in sala d'attesa. Vi è sicuramente un problema gestionale e quindi che parte dal vertice della P. A. in interesse. Non sarebbe meglio consegnare la modulistica ad un ufficio protocollo per poi trattarle successivamente? Semplice procedimento amministrativo. La legge 241/90 vi dice qualcosa? A quanto pare no
