The bikes are terrible quality, old and rusty. My city bike's gears were very bad, I could not change into top gear, and the chain jumped when I tried to change to the lowest gear. They tried to say it was my fault and without the help of two nice locals I'm sure they would have refused a free exchange.

Personale cordiale e simpatico, noleggio scooter ottimo. Preso un Kymco Agility 125cc 4t 16+, anche se non molto veloce, perfetto e scorrevole per girare tutta l'isola. Prezzi modesti

Avevo chiamato per prenotare una macchina ma non mi avevano convinto, siamo arrivati ed abbiamo trovato una punto cabriolet che aveva forse 20 anni e sembrava uscita da uno sfasciacarrozze! sonsigliatissimo, personale oltremodo scortese, fortunatamente ci siamo rivolti ad altri e abbiamo salvato la vacanza !

STOP STOP nur bei der Übergabe freundlich, bei Rückgabe keiner da, nach Anruf unfreundlich und keine Unterschrift für die Rückgabe bekommen. Auch der Mietvertrag wird nicht ausgefüllt?!?

STAY CLEAR!This is by far the worst rental experience I ever had. On our honeymoon, my wife and I arrived Portoferraio in the morning to pick up our Vespa that we had ordered and prepaid. They tried to deliver us a common scooter but we said that we wanted the Vespa we had ordered, since we after all had paid a fair amount of money to get exactly a Vespa. They said that if we could wait until 1630, they would get a vespa in their office in Marina Di Campo where we where going to stay. We agreed to that and took a taxi to our hotel. We went to their office as agreed but there was no vespa. They said they would get it in about 1 hour. When we came back they still didn't had the Vespa. This went on till about 1830. Then they came with an old, not in good shape star" scooter. A replica wannabe Vespa. We said that this was not what we had paid for and that we wanted our money back. Then they suddenly didn't understand English
