Non capisco chi critica senza prima aver verificato quello che asserisce. Se un difetto si vuole trovare sta nel fatto che essendo in pieno centro si ha difficoltà nel trovare posteggio, anche se nelle immediate vicinanze si posteggia benissimo.

Banca aperta anche in orari in cui le altre sono chiuse, ottimo personale molto gentile , banca sempre deserta senza code :D

Filiale che lascia molto a desiderare,il cliente non è per niente seguito e mal consigliato negli investimenti. Molto deludente.

If I could offer 0 (zero) stars I would! First they held my incoming wire in Milan and only released it upon special request. Then to make deposits they would tell me I had to wait 30-45 minutes in line my turn, and gave me an option to make deposits at the ATM, when I began to use the ATM machine they blatantly accused me of money laundering and told me I couldn’t deposit large bills. In front of other customers calling us badly educated and telling us to wait for the manager before using the machine to make deposits. Rude, unfriendly and all the above. Then sending me a letter that they do not wish to do business with me anymore! Truly despicable. The manager was not accommodating at all and accused me of suspicious activity before asking me any questions. I was prosecuted without a fair trial! Ciao and good luck I’ll take my hard earned retirement money elsewhere! My new bank accepted ALL my money and more with open arms and a smile!
