Location trovata gironzolando per la strade di Brindisi, posto veramente bello e particolare. Proprietario gentile e molto disponibile. Il cibo veramente ottimo accompagnato da buon vino. Ho trovato una serata con musica live partenopea. Bellissima iniziativa. Sicuramente da consigliare.

J'ai passé une très belle soirée dans ce lieu très chaleureux sous les voutes avec son propriétaire Carmine très accueillant. Je vous recommande cet excellent vin Simposio Brindisi Rosso qu' il nous a fait découvrir.Nous avons bien mangé avec des assiettes de Focaccia, Fromages et charcuterie... Très savoureux et copieux.Il ya aussi de la musique live le weekend.Tout est réuni pour passer un bon moment !Allez y !

We hat yesterday lunch at Brvndisii Res Bistrot. Atmosphere is very good. Food are very delicious, authentic and in the same time very local. I recommend anyone this restaurant because the owner is very polite and friendly. We called several restaurants, but no one answered our calls. Each Restaurant was also closed in the town. But We luckly managed to reach Brvndisli Res Bisrot , the owner of restaurant invited us on the phone. He made everything ready for us in 20 minutes. ( before we came) . Everything was perfect..We appreciate his help and hospitality. We enjoyed our meal and time as a family.

Wspaniałe miejsce , przyjazny i bardzo miły właściciel przygotował nam przysmaki Apulii w pigułce . Do tego piękna muzyka i oryginalne wnętrze dopełniły całości.

Ingresso accogliente e saletta interna ricavata nella pietra, bellissima. Peccato aver consumato l'opposto di ciò che avevamo ordinato. Piatti freddi, molto basic, per nulla rispondenti alle richieste e di bassa qualità. Salverei solo la Leffe ambrata e la gentilezza del proprietario tuttofare". È stato cuoco

The place is wonderful, the food is excellent and the wine is fantastic; ohh I forgot Tonino who is the gentle and friendly owner. What else you want to spend a night seated outside and tasted the beauty of the local specialities of Brindisi. Chapeau to Brindisii Res

Had a lovely evening tonight at Brvndisii Res Bistrot with my partner Josh. Carmine was very attentive and made our evening very personable making it extra special. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting or local to Brindisi, you will leave with a big smile on your face from the generosity provided. Grazie!

Locale intimo accogliente, buon cibo da accompagnare con un ottimo vino, buono il rapporto qualità prezzo e proprietario gentile e discreto. Insomma una piacevole scoperta, da ritornarci sicuramente.
