Panorama Palace Hotel

Posizione spettacolare, hotel a risosso sul mare, spiaggia vicinissima, da raggiungerla sia a piedi con ascensore che con servizio navetta offerto gratuitamente dal hotel. Personale gentile, educato e SUPER ACCOGLIENTE. Camerieri Giuseppe e Nello super disponibili, segretaria addetta alla reception, simpatica e soprattutto predisposta a dare consigli sui vari punti da visitare. Posizione ottima per prendere gli autobus,e visitare le varie zone vicine senza stressarsi e prendere la macchina. Colazione nella norma, non ricchissima. Bellissima piscina.Nessuna lamentela. Consigliato a tutte le famiglie e a chi vuole una vacanza rilassante e nel contempo per visitare le zone limitrofe. Prezzo non esagerato.

Unica nota positiva, che quando ti affacci esternamente la struttura il panorama… camere paragonabili a quelle di un B&B… colazione misera e con prodotti scadenti…parcheggio pessimo, e tra l’altro lascio la macchina per solo un giorno(10€ al gg) me ne chiedono 20€, che ho contestato in fase di pagamento… la mia ragazza si dimentica una giacca nell’armadio, se non fosse stato che noi chiamavamo, loro non ci avrebbero mai avvisati, nonostante confermano di averla trovata durante la pulizia camere… davvero da evitare. The only positive note is that when you look outside the structure, the panorama… rooms comparable to those of a B&B… poor breakfast with cheap products… bad parking, and among other things, I leave the car for only one day (10€ per day) they ask me for €20, which I disputed during the payment… my girlfriend forgets a jacket in the closet, if it hadn't been for us to call, they would never have warned us, despite confirming that they found it while cleaning the rooms… really to be avoided.

Retro aesthetic and unfriendly staff, mouldy rooms, beautiful location though, beds did break a bit though

I was skeptical given the reviews, but I loved my stay here. My room was large and clean. The bed was quite hard, but for me it was welcomed after many days touring. I had read the reviews of the noise so brought ear plugs and it was just fine. I didn't meet one staff member that wasn't friendly and helpful, and the good was delicious. Loved the location and would stay here again!

Horrible stay! At first the hotel seems good but after the first night we couldn't be more wrong. You can literally hear everything from the rooms next to yours. Also the cleaners don't respect if you're sleeping in the morning (7am). You can hear people talking loudly on the corridor and doors banging. The breakfast was not good. We had breakfast included but only eaten the first day, not even proper coffee and this is Italy.Every day after coming from outside we noticed the floors were full of sand which means it wasn't even cleaned properly.The location was good though with a beautiful view.

cibo così e così, personale un po’ strano del tipo che a pranzo quando chiedevo un po’ di formaggio da mettere nella pasta al sugo, mi dicevano che già era dentro, oppure mi rispondevano male, stessa cosa succedeva quando chiedevo un’altra bottiglia d’acqua al tavolo, non capisco questo loro comportamento. Passando alle camere sono davvero piccole, per non parlare del bagno in cui l’accesso alla doccia era sbarrato dal bidet, e rischiavi davvero di farti male.

Great view from the room, which is the only positive thing I can say about this hotel. The walls are paperthin and we could here everything from the neighbours, including peeing and coughing. The food was terrible. The breakfast was the worst ever. Dry bread, one kind of cheese and cheap ham. That's it. The dinners were ineffectively served, some in the party got their food while others had to wait. Occasionally the garniture were served, but not the meat. Twice they forgot to take our order for drinks. Furthermore, the food didn't taste anything. The first evening we were served fresh fruit" for dessert. And it was. Two apples and two oranges. Which we had to peel/split ourselves. To make it even worse

Veramente uno degli hotel più tristi che abbia mai visto. Stanza piccola, doccia rotta, bidet ossidato e pieno di calcare., isolazione sonora inesistente e altri ospiti che ti svegliano dalle 6. Colazione più triste di sempre, personale scortese e poco organizzato che non comunica tra loro. Difficile da raggiungere in macchina, per non parlare dei bus turistici. È vergognoso chiamarvi 4 stelle, ne meritate forse 2.

Ho lasciato proprio stamattina questo hotel dopo 3 notti in pernottamento mezza pensione. Hotel è in un luogo bellissimo dove puoi ammirare il mare, vista stupenda. Ero partita un pochino prevenuta visto le varie opinioni su questo sito, ma devo dire che le camere sono pulite, con bagni un po' piccoli ma puliti. Alle cene abbiamo mangiato bene, l'unica cosa è la colazione... E ' un po' scarsa.. Il bar all'interno dell'hotel è sempre chiuso, perciò caffè e cappuccino come al bar non si beve. Lo consiglierei? Sì. ma il fatto della buona posizione non è tutto.
