I rented a car for two days in June 2018. I returned the car on June 28th. The car was fine as my contract proofs. And as their employee said. A month later, on July 27th 2018, I get charged 800 Euros on my credit card. I have sent them my contract and numerous e-mails but they don´t answer me. My visa company has tried contacting their bank but no answer either. They have my contract which has no damages marked on it. They charge me a month after I returned it. They do not answer e-mail. They do not refund. This is a scam company and I would not recommend anyone doing business with them.

Local 5-star car rental for fast booking, clean cars, excellent delivery and pick-up service, good prices. I asked for a quote via email and after half an hour it was ready with all the specifics of the conditions. I also give 5 stars to the operator who gave me the car Annalisa - - Nice, kind and very professional. Thank you all for sure see you next year.

One of our worst cooperation with any of the companies we have ever dealt with. We cannot reach them even though we’ve contacted them via email and telephone as well. They asked for a 200€ deposit in case we would make any damage to the car. Which is fairly understandable. However even we were told and ensured that we would get this 200€ back,nothing has happened since the summer of 2020. We understand that it is the pandemic situation that hardens the situation, but we have made our own part of the deal,and they still haven’t. We are going to approach the Italian Customer Protection service because the way they handle their customers is below the acceptable level. I do not recommend any of the travelers to use their service. We were patient and polite but they don’t think that we deserve even their 2 minutes attention to answer our calls and emails.

Beware this company are thieves! Two days after the delivery back of the car they withdrew us an undue amount of our credit card!

The car was a new Ford Fiesta ST Line, which looks very attractive and drives very well on winding roads. They offer free hotel pickup and the prices are competitive. Absolutely worth recommending!
