Servizi efficienti ma addetta al prelievo sangue maleducata, almeno la signora con cui ho avuto a che fare io, non so se sia sempre la stessa persona.

!Warning! tourist scam. The secretary is a rude, incompetent and unfriendly woman. She made us pay double the price for a PCR test. Our hotel had to intervene for us to be reimbursed. Be careful : PCR test does't cost 98 euros ! This is just shameful.

Do not waste your time here. Not very friendly reception staff and the nurse was unwilling to help... I made an appointment for a Covid test but due to an unforeseeable problem we could not make it on time. I tried to call 13 times to let them know I would be late and after many tries somene answered the phone (maybe from another office?), and I was told it was ok if I was late. I arrived there when they were still open and the nurse was available and still in the room, to be told that they would not do the test and the only option was doing it the following day, for which I would need to pay double to get it on time. I took my business in another place, which they helped me on the spot with a much cheaper solution.

Personale gentilissimo, tampone prenotato in mattinata, eseguito entro un'ora dalla prenotazione e risultati la sera! Record! Inoltre prezzo onesto rispetto ad altri laboratori!!Complimenti

Prenotato Test covid-19 PCR.30 minuti di attesa, 100 euro per averlo in 24 ore, e vogliono altri soldi per tradurlo in inglese.Personale scortese, sembra che siamo li a farti un piacere.Infermiera più adatta a fare muratura che a prendere tamponi! È un naso! Non un tubo di scarico!!! Mai sofferto così tanto! E di tamponi ne ho fatti una decina.Per finire... un bel falso positivo che mi ha fatto perdere: treno, prenotazione alberghiera, volo aereo e ovviamente un bel problema a lavoro.Per fortuna ho fatto da un altra parte un altro test pcr (negativo) il giorno dopo, ed un terzo ad Abu Dabi, ancora negativo.Pessimo. Da denuncia.Fosse per loro sarei inutilmente 10 giorni in quarantena.Ma come si fa?
