Esperienza bellissima. La titolare Elisa è super accogliente, disponibile per qualsiasi informazione e per ogni esigenza. L’appartamento è accogliente e in una posizione perfetta per vivere Venezia. Lo consiglio sia per famiglie che per coppie.

Elisa is a wonderful host, always available. The apartment is very spacious, ideal for a family of 3 or 4. Not located in the San Marco area, but close to the train station. Very comfortable beds.

This apartment is really lovely and sit in a good location, which is easily to access to many good restaurants. It’s 15 minutes from the train station and ~30 minutes away from St. Marco square, but it’s a walkable distance as you will find many lovely corners of Venice on your way to other attractions. The host Elisa is extremely nice and friendly. She gave us many good tips to travel around Venice and also very hospitable. You can find everything you need and also the homemade cakes! She is one of the best hosts I’ve ever met and we felt like home when staying in her apartment. Just be mindful that there are some steps to reach out to the apartment. Please be prepared if you have heavy luggage. But overall, I will definitely recommend this place!

The apartment is beautiful, large and in a good location to explore Venice. The warm welcome from the owner Elisa, who picked us up from a bridge near the train station, brought us to the apartment and gave us many tips for the days in Venice, is unique. Everything for breakfast is provided in the room, including homemade cake. Everything is furnished with attention to detail. Conclusion: very recommendable, we would definitely come again.

Le daría mil estrellas si pudiera, el apartamento es hermoso y en un barrio tranquilo, a eso le sumo la calidez y especial atención de Elisa y su esposo, hicieron de nuestra estancia en venecia la mejor parte de nuestras vacaciones.

Wunderschönes, modernes und sehr sauberes Appartement, mit viel Liebe eingerichtet in dem tollen Stadtteil Cannaregio . Es fehlte an nichts. Elisa war so eine nette Vermieterin, die um das Wohl der Gäste immer stets bemüht war. So eine tolle Vermieterin hatten wir noch nie. Das Appartement hatte eine optimale Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar, zu Fuß oder mit dem Vaporetto. Das Frühstück war lecker, Elisa hatte sogar selbstgebackenen sehr leckeren Kuchen für ihre Gäste. Sie nahm sich sehr viel Zeit und erklärte alles, auch Sehenswürdigkeiten und gab tolle Restauranttipps. Cannaregio ist ein ursprünglicher Stadtteil, gleich um die Ecke gab es eine Weinbar. In der Nacht war es im Appartement sehr ruhig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!

Bellissimo appartamento con ogni comfort, verrete coccolati dai padroni di casa simpatici e Veneziani doc, vi daranno ogni tipo di informazione e consiglio per passare un indimenticabile esperienza a Venezia.
