I AM SPEECHLESS.I have no idea why Google gave 5* only! This restaurant deserves 10 or 100 stars.Food was exceptional. Beyond the deliciousness.The staff was extremely friendly and top luxury service and high attention to customers.Will Absolutely coming back.Khosh

my favorite restaurant in Sardegna. Anything on the menu is delicious, amazing staff and quality. Definitely suggest it for anyone who appreciates the finer things.

Piatti ottimi e cucinati molto bene,niente da dire sulla qualità del pesce. Location carina, linguina al gambero rosso e limone davvero spaziale, pasta fresca. Conto adeguato. 4 stelle per la poca gentilezza del signore a servire i tavoli, nonostante ci abbia sentito mentre lo chiamavamo ci ha evitato spudoratamente, senza nemmeno ripassare a chiederci cosa volevamo. Da migliorare l’attenzione verso il cliente, abbiamo aspettato 20 minuti prima di chiederci se gradissimo il dolce. Il resto molto bene.

Siamo venuti per la prima volta da Shergan e ne siamo rimasti estasiati.Location incantevole ed immersa nel verde.Servizio impeccabile e personale gentilissimo.Che dire del cibo..... Entusiasmante.Tra tutti il Fritto misto e soprattutto consigliatissimo l'antipasto di Spaghetti di Tonno

We stayed at Petra Segreta and found this absolute gem a little late, as we would have loved a second visit.Until this dinner, the best raviolo (one large ravioli with ricotta and an egg yolk inside) we’ve ever had was at Cotogna in San Francisco, but Shergan’s surpassed that quite easily - with the rest of the dinner being at the same level.For dessert, someone at the table must get the cigar. It’s a fun “Fat Duck” like experience (Brae, Berkshire) in a nicer setting and without the retro-90’s-restaurant feel.This should definitely be a stop on anyone’s culinary tour of Sardinia. Perhaps not quite Michelin star quality, but also not Michelin star prices or level of seriousness/stuffiness either - just fantastic food made by a highly-talented chef and delivered by an excellent team. We obviously enjoyed the experience.NB - the shortest route from Petra Segreta (turning left out of the entrance onto the “dirty road”) isn’t the easiest - we made it with a Jeep, but don’t take an Audi! Instead go through San Pantaleo, north on SP 73, then past Surrau (a nice winery stop) and south again. An easy drive, perhaps 15 minutes.
