We booked and paid the deposit for a Road Glide Ultra. When we arrived we were arranged a normal street glide, with no lower fairing, proper wind shield and safety light.The front tyre was also almost worn out, one of the other ride crash because of tyre worn out too.When we raised issues with the staff, he is nonchalant and defensive.Please do not endanger the next rider.

Just had one of the worst experiences from milano eagle rider. Received the bike with a worn out tyre. (My other fellow bikers had a similar situation). This resulted the bike to skid when riding. Clutch was broken due to the fall and no immediate assistance given. Left helpless in the cold, i have to find my way to a nearby hotel whereby they can only pickup the bike for repairs in the morning as they are off work.On the way back to milano, i was stopped by the local police whom advised me that the bike i’m riding, the permit has expired.i do hope eagle rider management take a serious look into this.Putting your customer safely should be your first priority.

wow, what a trip we had. We did the Alps part 2 trip and we had 3 couples in the group. Everything was well organized. The bikes were newer models and in great shape. The hotels they picked were very nice. Paolo and Fabrizio did an excellent job. They helped with the bikes if you needed it and went out of they way to make sure we had everything we needed. If you have never ridden in the Alps, I highly recommend it. Annalisa was wonderful in helping with all the hotel accommodations. I strongly recommend Eagle Rider if you want a nice guided tour.
