Ho acquistato da loro un cardigan sciallato in cachemire, fatto su misura. Presentava una lieve anomalia su una manica. Avvertitili, sono venuti da me in ufficio, e – per non crearmi disservizio – me lo hanno riparato “in loco”. EFFICIENZA GIAPPONESE.

Buyer BEWARE! Fraud at its best!!! Past summer I've purchased two scarfs (mixed cashmere). He never gave me a receipt nor did I signed for the purchase. Upon my return to the hotel, I discovered the charge in the amount of Euro 500 instead of Euro 50. I disputed this charge with my credit card. During their investigation, the merchant submitted a receipt with FORGED my signature. Prior my departure from Lucca, I've contacted the merchant who refused to meet with me to resolve this issue. Their website showed that the store was opened, however, when I went to the store, it was closed. I telephoned several times but no avail. DO NOT BECOME A FRAUD VICTIM AS I DID.
