Boutique Club

Boutique Club ALANRED in Lugano has a first class customer service you rarely meet. My story is probably very familiar to many of you: you walk in a boutique, you try on something but for many reasons (other programs on the day etc.) you don’t purchase it. Then you go through the day and you notice that your favourite item sticks in your head all day long. Well, this is a sign. What happened with me was that I visited Lugano as a tourist and stayed over the weekend only. I had no chance to go back to the shop for the second time as I had to come home. I thought I would give a chance and contacted the headquarter, which gave me the contact for the Lugano site, then I contacted a lovely lady who helped me to land my beloved blouse in my home! It was so easy and I received it within a week so it was very fast too! Plus when I tried it on at home it looked and felt as good as the first time. I will be grateful forever. Thank you for this wonderful experience! I highly recommend to visit them in Lugano :)

Il team è favoloso. Il servizio impeccabile. Un piacere passare in negozio. Sono cliente da sempre ed ho capi che metto anche a distanza di molti anni.

Oggi sono andata per cambiare un articolo in Buotiyue Club che ho acquistato giorno prima. Sono rimasta schoccata quando la Signora Responsable ha alzato la voce per comunicarmi che l'articoli in promozione non si cambiano e che non è possibile che SONO L'UNICA CHE NON ERA AVVISATA DI QUESTO.Si, non mi avevano avvisato, se fosse al contrario non farei la corsa a pausa pranzo per non concludere nulla. Non sono 20 sfr. ma il tono arrogante che mi ha scioccato!!! Non andro più, i clienti non possono essere trattati in questo modo. ORRIBILE!!!!!!!!!!!

Un servizio eccellente e personale professionale e disponibile. La possibilità di vedere i nuovi arrivi tramite la chat di WhatsApp è geniale. Consiglio.
