In simple words .. they are CHEATERS…. Avoid changing your money here.Without explanation they charged 20% service fee which is bizarre I haven’t experienced this anywhere. I wanted to cancel the transaction and upon requesting the lady said we can’t cancel the transaction… really they can only cheat people….Beware of them !!

Went for tax refund for global blue and got charged 19.9% service fee. Was supposed to get 541euros, i was left with usd382. Dont do returns via credit Dont do your tax refund here. Major scam. Do it at global blue desk to avoid the crazy fee.

SCAMMED. We, being tourists in Italy, went to purchase sim card for Italy and Switzerland, to be able to browse maps using internet. The lady at counter sold us the sim card saying that you will get 20 gb of internet data in Italy and 10 gb data in Switzerland. When we went to Switzerland, the sim stopped working. If there was no such facility then she shouldn't have lied to us about Switzerland data availability. She charged us 19 euros saying that for Italy and Switzerland data u have to buy this sim. She sold us 19 euro sim specifically even though there were cheaper options, and we got it because we needed internet connectivity in Switzerland. However, we had to buy another sim in Switzerland since the lady mislead us and downright lied about Switzerland internet data. Never buy from them.

Attendant was very helpful and friendly. Gave lots of tips for money exchange and for visiting Florence.

Came here for our Global Blue tax refund. The lady was nice to us and explained what we needed to know. They gave us the expected amount back minus a $5 fee. She then explained that this is considered a cash advance and if we don't get the validation stamp at customs at the airport and mail in the envelope provided, they will back charge the cash advance on our credit card. Pretty decent interaction and not painful at all!
