Hotel Villa Cipressi
This hotel was absolutely beautiful, most incredible hotel experience we’ve had. The views from the garden were heavenly. The staff in particular Renzo, Veronica and Agnese were extremely helpful, polite and caring. They provided us with note-worthy activities in the town as well as help navigating route back to Milan as trains do not operate this time of the year. The breakfast was delicious complemented with beautiful terrace views. Cannot recommend this place enough, if reading definitely book your stay here!!

Hotel Villa Cipressi
First, I want to share that I write my review as both a guest AND a bride who had her wedding here in April 2023. My stay was A DREAM. Villa Cipressi is absolutely BEAUTIFUL, the staff is fantastic, service and rooms are 10/10. I stayed in the Mimosa suite and my entire family stayed here too. The food here was BY FAR the BEST we've had in all of Italy (our guests agreed). As a bride planning her wedding working with Marco and his team was a JOYFUL experience. They went above and beyond to take care of everything: the set up, food, referrals to vendors, everything. If I could do it again I would do it here with this team and this location. The botanical garden is beautiful, the breakfast is delicious, 11/10. Truly, I felt so deeply grateful for Marco and the staff that I feel a bit emotional writing this: they truly worked and brought this to life from their heart. I could feel it.BEAUTIFUL. Truly, the most beautiful stay I've ever had.

Hotel Villa Cipressi
Very nice hotel and we found the staff to be very helpful and responsive. They allowed us an early check in and late check out. Also thought the rooms were nice and clean and the gardens were beautiful. The only negative I’d note is that they host a wedding at this hotel basically every day of the year it seems. For the most part this isn’t a problem but the first night we were there, the wedding reception went until 11:00pm right outside our room and the music was exceptionally loud. We didn’t have to be up early for anything so it wasn’t a big deal, but I could see how that could bother others. Other than the weddings though this place is beautiful.

The most amazing views and gardens on Lake Como. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The capresi salad in the bar terrace garden is lovely, but the toasties are terrible (for the price). The rooms are reasonably equipped but very, very noisy. We called to ask which dates the hotel had no parties (as we had been warned about the noise), and booked on a quiet" night only to discover there was a large dinner with live music. Despite this

Hotel Villa Cipressi
A beautiful villa picturesquely situated on the shores of Lake Garda. Probably only one of the two villas that make their gardens available not only to hotel guests. I only visited the gardens. It's worth spending the 10 EUR for such spectacular views. The gardens cascade down to the lake itself. You can experience relaxation and peace here. Feast your eyes on spectacular views. Opposite, there is a public car park under the congress centre.

Hotel Villa Cipressi
My experience at the Hotel Villa Cipressi was incredible. My son's wedding was held at the Hotel as well we were guests for 5 nights. The grounds are breath taking, the location was perfect for the exploration of Lake Como, the wedding food was amazing. But the best feature of this incredible hotel was the staff. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. This hotel should not be missed.

Hotel Villa Cipressi
Absolutely beautiful hotel. Amazing gardens, lovely views, friendly and helpful staff. A lakefront hotel. We stayed in garden suite, and found boating tourists taking pictures of the exterior of the room. Sort of pricey, but worth every penny. The only downside are the wedding parties, but they didn't bother us.

Per quanto mi riguarda cambierei subito chi gestisce la parte del bar e del ristorante.Abbastanza arrogante il personaggio che si è presentato come maître.Invece il coordinatore delle cerimonie, forse il direttore, molto professionale.Il posto è molto carino.Questo per quanto ho vissuto in un giorno dove si è sposato un mio amico.

In questa location ho partecipato ad un evento matrimoniale. Posto bellissimo con vista dominante sul lago, ambienti raffinati ben curati giardino molto curato. Menù dell'evento a caratteristica gourmet, personale preparato e gentile. Posto consigliatissimo anche per cerimonie.

Let's start with the positives. Beautiful hotel - beautiful location. Rooms are nice. Felt compelled to write a review to help others. The hotel is primarily a wedding venue - I would imagine 90% of the rooms were booked with wedding guests when we were there. Thus - the 10% are a much much lower priority for staff. The rooms are INCREDIBLY loud in the main building. But the staff did their best to accommodate our complaint. All in all - for the money, you can do better elsewhere. If you're looking for a venue - I'm sure it's great.
