Absolute SCAM! We purchased a Valentino (Mario Valentino NOT Valentino Garavani) and we asked multiple times if this was Authentic Valentino. We were very misled. less than 5 minutes after purchase we went back and asked to return it and they said no returns. We told them very clearly that they charged us way more than it’s selling price and they did nothing and we’re very unfriendly. DO NOT GO HERE. IT IS A SCAM.

Pas op voordat je hier iets koopt!!!! Prijs is het dubbele van andere winkels. Ik heb hier een Valentino tas gekocht voor €100,00 meer dan bij andere winkels. Trap er dus niet in!!!!

Qualità prezzo trattabile e personale accogliente

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a store. We went in looking for the Valentino bag. They sold us one for €200 in a hurry. We also wanted a tax refund so they scanned our passport and printed the receipt. The next day I searched up the bag we got and turns out to be MARIO Valentino bag. This bag sells for €65 and we bought it for €200. We wasted almost €140 and never told us once that this was the authentic Valentino we were looking for even tho we specifically asked. The next day we went to get the tax refund but we couldn’t get it. This was because they wrote my name wrong on the tax refund receipt. This wasn’t a mistake since they scanned my passport, they purposely spelled my name wrong. I called them, and while I was talking they hung up on me. I wish I could give this store a 0 star. This store is a ripoff and a scam I advise you to never go there.

Watch out! 3 days ago I did buy a expensive €220 Valentino bag. The seller told it was an exclusive bag of a special Valentino line, new collection and the last one available. At home I watched Zalando online shopping. Zalando sells the same bag for €119 new collection. So the bag is not exclusive, not the last piece and €100 to expensive!!I called the shop. The were verry unfriendly... the say the price difference for them is normal. No service, no understanding, no money back.
