Pizza Hut

Horrible customer service, rude, always talking in the back and get annoyed when you try to call them.Wings are always old and not Pizza Hut wings. Don’t know if they buy them from somewhere else but they are unlike anything I’ve ever eaten.

I ordered chicken Alfredo pasta and a pizza. The pizza was cold and burnt and the pasta was even worst!!! Whatever they used to make the sauce that goes in the Alfredo spoiled it had a terrible smell as soon as my food arrived I was completely disgusted. All my money and food was wasted!!! And they don’t believe in customer service...

Pizza still raw. And the employees are rude

Very hit or miss. Sometimes pizza is doughy and undercooked other times it's good. Wings are hit or miss as well sometimes they are overcooked and over seasoned and sometimes they are really good.

Ordinati sette panini con patatine, tutti sono stati consegnati con il pane freddo, il medaglione di carne, palesemente congelato, tiepido all'esterno freddo all'interno ed i bordi bruciati, era immangiabile. Buone le patatine. L'area dove consumare era sporca, con addirittura una sedia lurida non si capiva di cosa.Non lo consiglio

I drove over there and placed an order for pickup. I asked for it to be ready in 1.5 hours they said ok. I returned at the time I said I would and they told me i had to wait another 20 minutes. No I am sorry or explanation just a other 20 minutes.That time i was able to use the credit card reader since then they have told me for over a month that the credit card reader is bad.They also told me to complain to the NEX because the Nex will not get them a working credit card reader.The number one problem with this place is it is owned by the same people as before and they do not care about quality or customer service just like Big Als because they know people on base have very little choice. It is a shame cause I really like Pizza Hut and hate to see it mismanaged into the ground.

For me, the sausage they use does not taste good at all. I'd stay with a classic cheese or pepperoni pizza. The service is friendly, but be prepared to wait a while. It could have just been because it was the weekend, but it took about 20 minutes to get my order. At least I know it was prepared by order instead of sitting on a shelf. I'd go again, but I'm in no hurry.
