InfoPoint Roma Fiumicino

Don't trust the Roma Pass and don't trust these worthless employees at the info point. I arrived at 19:00 whereas closing time was 20:45, but it was closed. Now I can't pickup the pass and will have to waste my morning figuring out what to do

We arrived to the door at 9:10 (8:30 is the openimg time)The “gentlemen” closed the dor front of us (with 2 baby) and said ugly IS CLEANING TIME!We had reserved te Roma pess Tickets so we had to wait it. But he just talked with the cleaner who dont do a great job. Just wash hear, 5 minute talk, wash there, 10 minute talk with the man from the infonpoint. But the info point man was who said the storries about last night or i dont konw, but was uncredible. We waited exterior and when i saw this story shots, i knocked on the window, he said: is cleaning time! But there nobody cleaned! Just talked. Incredible. I hope that man lost his job the nearest way. Meanwhile two baby cried out there. 2023 april 07 (morning 9:10)

They were pushing people out saying that because of CLEANING. But all was clean. They just replace plastic bags in bins. Slow service. Not very good first experience after entering the country.

Eine sehr kompetente und freundliche Dame bediente und erläuterte uns den Roma Pass auf deutsch - am italienischen Nationalfeiertag. Ganz toller Service.

Za mě asi nejhorší turistické centrum, co jsme měla možnost navštívit. Otevírací doba začínala v 8:30. V 8:32 líným krokem nám přišel otevřít personál a nezapomenul okřiknout ostatní cestující na letišti, kteří stáli u vchodu, ať tam nezavazejí. Když už jsme se měli pak dostat na řadu, do Infocentra najela uklizečka s vozíkem a všechny nás vyhnali zase ven. Podotýkám asi po 10 minutách, kdy byla tato pobočka otevřena. Po dalších 15 minutách nás pustili znovu dovnitř a konečně obsloužili. U vchodu mají navíc nalepenou informaci, že je zde možné zakoupit i lístky na veřejnou dopravu, to však pravda také není. Svým chováním turisty spíše odrazují, než aby jim pomohli..
