Ho telefonato 4 volte nell'arco di un mese per richiedere un preventivo.Ogni volta al telefono mi sono stati chiesti i dati e ogni volta mi è stato detto che sarei stata ricontattata a breve dagli operatori per fissare una data per un sopralluogo.Mai sentiti, mai visti.

Atteso e sollecitato preventivi per quasi 3 mesi.Mai avuto una risposta. Affidabilità zero.

life saving ghost busters! really! my brand new bagno in a 110 year apartment building got clogged up so much so, a generic plumber and my very skilled general contractor could not get it unclogged. so my GC called Pertot for emergency service at 5 pm when most of people in this town were no longer doing any work. they said they would be on side in an hour and they showed right on time! two young men came (they look like ghost busters too) with the big gun (the big truck with big tank of water on the back and long hose!) they came in and went straight to work. their confidence and competency calmed my nerves from a very stressful 24 hours. they fixed the problem after 1.5 hours of hard and dirty work! i was almost in tears before they showed up. now civilization has been restored in my beloved home! thank you!
