Good quality bikes (with all safety and repair accessories), with serious people.We had a bike tour in Slovenia, on tough and rocky roads sometimes and it was always safe and confortable with the bike.Only nice improvement we suggest is to have bigger size bike bags available. The one proposed is too small for a trip of one week or more.

Peccato non si possa dare la lode, altrimenti questi ragazzi la meriterebbero tutta! Ho avuto modo di girare innumerevoli noleggi e noleggiatori ma non ho mai trovato nessuno così disponibile.Moov è molto di più di un semplice noleggio, infatti, è in grado di unire competenza tecnica e servizi assieme a una voglia di fare con competenza ed esperienza. A distinguerli sono proprio i servizi da loro offerti a partire proprio dal loro parco biciclette sia elettriche che muscolari nuovissime e di brands leader come Bianchi e KTM.Inoltre, offrono informazioni sui percorsi partendo da Trieste fino ad arrivare a Pola passando per la celebre Parenzana oppure verso l’Austria per la ciclabile Alpe Adria. Ho apprezzato molto i dettagli forniti sui percorsi in modo da poter affrontare il percorso più adatto a me in tutta sicurezza.

Exceptional customer service and great e-bikes, which you definitely need because of the surrounding hilly areas. We rented two touring e-bikes with racks that fit our panniers/saddlebags well for a one-week bike tour through some Slovenia and mostly Croatia. Thanks to the quality of the e-bikes, we were able to cover much larger distances than expected and climb many steep hills, all to experience multiple hilltop villages and the churches and castles on top of them. The charming gentleman who rented us bikes could not have been nicer, and his advice to start our adventure by taking a ferry to Muggia instead of busy roads was spot on. We couldn’t be more pleased with the experience and price.
