!!!!they'll take advantage of you if you speak english !!!!I was getting married and looking for an agency to help us plan for our honeymoon to the Maldives, so since I live nearAviano I decided to go to Summerday Travel.the lady took note of what I needed and my budget and she said that she will get back to me after 3 weeks due to the busy summer season (for reference I went to see her in August-honeymoon in October)as everybody knows shopping around is not a bad thing especially for the Maldives and since she hasn't gave me an idea about the prices or anything , so , I decided to check with another agency (Abaco viaggi fume veneto ) BTW they gave me all the information right away and was more helpful and I had a blast using their service (MALDIVES)3 weeks pass by and here I receive 3 quotes for way more than what the budget was including Dubai -and asked to check for other options around my budget without the Dubai-same thing ! same resort without Maldives but always overbudget .I had to go back home for holidays and couldn't answer the lady's phone calls until I came back to Italy and told her that I found better deal elsewhere, that's when she started screaming and insulting me and asking me to pay her a consultation fee for the time she spent looking for places for me !!how could that be possible ? charging someone for something you are supposed to do as part of your job to get customers!She started then telling me that she could've reduced the price if I was clear with her about my concern-!!!really Lady! so you increase the price of the trip to check the heat ? ! without talking about the insults !! incredible !!!she sent me an invoice without my address , without my CF, without anything just the fee and my name !!and to add, the resort I 've been to is not one of the 4 resorts she sent me a quote for :) as she keeps saying that I took her quotes and made it easier for the other resort.No Madam, and if it takes you hours to find 4 resorts to recommend to customers , you should start make ppl sign a contract with the consultation fee :)!!!!!!!!I don't recommend using this agency!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
