Large group rented bikes for 4 days, we spent a lot of money here, I had a major injury on day 1, they refused to return any money to me. Bad show!!You replied and said As soon as you arrived in our shop you already told us that your physical conditions weren't the best". That is simply not true. I had trained for 5 months to travel there! I broke my collarbone on day 1!You also said I was disappointed for the bike you gave me and asked for a cheaper bike. That is also not true. I did ask for a bike that would fit me properly

Ivo and his team were really great.My girlfriend and I rented 2 road bikes from them and they were mostly in tip top condition. Despite 1 of the bikes having an issue with the front disc brake, Ivo was really helpful to resolve it and it became much better. We had a great 2 day of rides.We came during the off season and they were flexible to accommodate us. The one thing that they can improve on is to be more specific when off season actually is perhaps on their website. This will be helpful especially to non Europeans who do not typically have the knowledge about how businesses here operate based on the seasons.Highly recommend them as 1 of the places to rent your bikes during your tour of the Dolomites.All the best, Ivo and team! A fantastic store, the service offered by the team is above and beyond expectations. They also have a great range of jersey’s inspired by the Dolomites and designed by the team. Five stars is not enough!

We hired two road bikes for the day to cycle the Sella Ronda (which takes about 3-4 hours moving time). Correspondence was quick and clear. Prices were reasonable with no hidden charges on pick up. Our bikes were very well maintained and the team were knowledgeable and helpful with setup. Would highly recommend

We rented road bikes for a few days and had a great experience working with Ivo & Alex. After reserving online, we needed to adjust frame sizes and the rental duration. The shop was helpful with these changes and it was not a problem. Top quality bikes and good rates compared to other rental spots in town. Awesome selection of apparel as well!
