Front desk will book for the guests for attractions in the area restaurants , wine tasting etc. we spent a week there making star touring of the areaCortona Arezzo Montepulciano Montalcino Assisi Sienna and more. Worth every penny.

The Villa Di Piazzano was one of the most amazing properties I have ever had the privilege to stay at. From the moment we turned onto the beautiful tree lined driveway we were breath-taken by not only the property and landscape but also the attention to detail and amazing service. We were immediately greeted by hotel staff whom was so kind to take our bags, welcome us and offer us a drink. We proceeded to check in and the staff offered to go over our trip itinerary to confirm transfers we would be needing during our stay and making sure they were all booked for us. While on property we walked outside towards the front and back a few miles, through the gardens and spent some time by the pool and on the terrace - every inch was gorgeous. Each and every staff member was very kind, attentive and helpful. All of our local farm fresh meals were delicious, prepared with high quality ingredients from a world class chef. Outside of the Villa Di Piazzano, the town and local wineries were amazing and we were very thankful to the hotel staff in helping us set up some of our stay from a wine tour to an amazing meal at La Buccacia. When we left early in the morning, they even had a to-go breakfast prepared for us… so kind! We were sent off my Mirco who we had yet to meet and he seemed to excited to meet us, he was so kind in sending us off continuing the amazing and friendly interactions we had with each and every staff member. Our stay was amazing to the point I felt sad to leave but am looking forward to the next time I get to return to this state of the art property! Wonderful, a masterclass, fresh flowers grown in their own cut flower garden at every turn. The early check-in was fantastic and generous. Thier love and attention to detail shines, almost as brightly as the Tuscan sun. A fabulous pool, always a friendly member of the team there to take your poolside drinks order. Divine rooms - truly what hotel dreams are made of. The food was exquisite, the brownies especially. The team could not have done more to make our stay there more special - from organising taxis, to making reservations at the best restaurants in Cortona on our behalf, to allowing us a late checkout due to our evening flight. True excellence, we hope to return soon!

The venue itself is beautiful and the pool area stunning. Everything is kept very clean, and fresh flowers everywhere add a nice little touch. Also, our hotel room was being kept immaculately clean throughout our whole stay. The gym has the newest equipment, so that was great too.We did feel like the service isn't quite up to a 5 star standard though - after you're seated and have ordered, no one will come up to you again and ask if everything is alright or if you need anything else, you have to proactively chase waiters and waitresses. As the building is very old and our room was on the first floor, we heard everything from the guests upstairs... try falling asleep to people stomping around, or sleeping in with furniture being moved around, that was a big nuisance and didn't make our stay as relaxing as it could have been.

A dreamy location for a Tuscan vacation. Peaceful and beautiful in every imaginable sense. Paolo and Gean Marco made it even more special with their professionalism and sincere service. What an outstanding team and hospitality. The restaurant for dinner was fantastic with a memorable setting.The breakfast is the best breakfast you can imagine. Lots of options & delicious beautiful pastries.There is so much attention paid to detail in the rooms, the building itself and the gardens. The old charm with all the modern amenities.Waking up to the birds chirping and looking at the the luscious landscape will be unforgettable for us.

A great location in the Umbrian countryside to use as both a base for day trips as well as just relaxing around the property. The buildings and gardens entwine together beautifully and create a great sense of serenity. The staff were knowledgeable and assisted in all our needs to make for a very relaxing and comfortable stay

Undoubtedly the most beautiful property we have experienced. The grounds are immaculately designed and manicured. Moreover, the service is unparalleled. From the moment of arrival, the staff maintain the perfect level of professionalism and personalized attention. They are also proactive to a level which sets them apart from any other hotel at which we have stayed. We sincerely hope to return and would recommend this hotel to anyone without hesitation.

Personale gentilissimo e cordiale. Cucina ottima e carta vini eccellente.La suite non male. Però la notte non si può dormire con al piano superiore un cane che abbaia e corre tutto il tempo soprattutto quando in un posto del genere si gradisce avere bimbi sopra i 7 anni.

Amazing property. The property is stunning, every part of it beautiful. The food was incredible for both dinner and breakfast. A great relaxing stay that is a must!
