Camere pulite e accoglienti, con vista e balconcino molto belli. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Colazione a pagamento con ampia scelta di ottimi prodotti. Posizione tranquilla e fuori dal centro, che è raggiungibile tramite scalinata (forse unica pecca), ma comunque fattibile. Personale gentile, ma un po’ freddo. Tuttavia ci siamo trovati molto bene e soddisfatti. Struttura ottima per qualche giorno a Bellagio!

We stayed in a twin room downstairs without a view. The area is super quiet and out of the way of the centro by about 10-15min walk.The bedroom and bathroom was big, clean, and comfy.The service was exceptional. They gave us a lift in the rain to the port to catch a ferry after we asked for a cab. Going the extra mile.100% recommend.

Such a little cute property not far from the town centre (you have to climb stairs for 10 min to get to the old town). We stayed in the twin room downstairs, there is a cute balcony with a view to the lake which was very nice. The room was a bit small but we didn’t spend a lot of time inside the room itself so that was okay. The property has a very cute cat (ginger) which was very friendly. We were lucky enough to meet him once and he played with us for a while, which made our day!

Lovely B&B located in he quieter side of the town. Rooms were very neat & clean. The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. The only downside was the thin walls in the rooms, making it pretty noisy in the evenings. But apart from that, we enjoyed our stay & recommend this place in Bellagio. A big thank you to Francesca for being such a warm host.

Lovely place to stay just out of the tourist mayhem of the town center. Only a short, very pleasant stroll to the town - I really enjoyed the walk. Room super neat and clean with a lovely window that opened up to let in the afternoon sun and cool breeze. The optional breakfast was very affordable, generous, fresh and delicious with lots of choice. My room was on the bottom floor and at times was quite noisy with people talking in the hallway or at the reception. Overall, I would definitely stay here again :)

Beautiful location, just out of the hustle of bellagio. Fantastic views , gorgeous breakfasts. We had booked this lovely B&B just before covid lockdown and so had to wait 2 years before we could eventually go. The hostess was brilliant and held open our reservation. She gave us a beautiful room and nothing was too much trouble for her. I would highly recommend this great little B &B.

Very clean. Good services. Quiet. Breakfast backyard with perfumed flowers. Sheets changed every day. Parking free on street and paid in the courtyard. Internet free. Optional breakfast. Nice restaurant nearby. Shortcut to downtown via Salita Cappucini.

Tiny hôtel, perfectly located in Bellagio. It's on the calm side of the city and a I advice you to take the cute stairway to get by the other side with shops and restaurant. Rooms are clean. Terrasse balcony and garden are very nice mostly for breakfast or at evening with plenty of candles.

Superb place! Perfectly neat and clean! Stylish interior design. Super romantic balcony with a view on the lake. Quiet at night. Absolutely tasty breakfast buffet. But mind that the room can be less spacious than you expect; nonetheless, it is still a very comfortable place to stay.The bus stop is 5 minutes walk away. If you arrive on a ferry, be ready to carry your bags up and down stone stairs for 10 minutes, as the ferry stop is on the opposite side of the peninsula.

Beautiful view. Very quiet and calm part of the village. Just a few minutes walk from the lake shore with some benches, charming narrow alleys and gorgeous buildings. Despite what Google maps shows it's around 10min walk from the port and the center as there are some hidden" ways which don't show on the map. Definitely recommending. The hotel itself is clean
