Non tornerò mai più.Personale alla reception scortese e supponente.In camera non c'era il telecomando per la TV e non ne avevano da consegnare.Tende bucate. Poco pulito.Colazione veramente essenziale.Non può essere un 4 stelle!!!!

Ho chiamato per prenotare una stanza e il ragazzo in reception mi ha anche preso in giro dicendo che non dovevo scherzare e che vedeva il mio numero, e mi ha messo continuamente giù la chiamata non credendomi. Sconcertata, mai più. Uno è anche troppo alto.

Non sono mai stata di persona, ma telefonicamente di una scortesia incredibile! Ho chiesto una semplice informazione e fatto una considerazione in modo assolutamente educato e sono stata trattata malissimo. Accidenti che nervosismo

Me and my friend arrived to the hotel during october, when it’s pretty quiet in Milan, because the tourist season is over.For us, the hotel is not worth the price nor does it own up to it’s ”4 stars”.From the moment we checked in, most of the staff we’re staring at us & very obviously looking down on us. We never complained nor were rude to them to cause this.In addition to all this, the room itself had it's issues already: the tap came off anytime you tried to put the shower on & tv wouldn't even go on.Our room was super cold and the AC pad wasn’t working there, we didn’t want to ask someone to fix it, instead we asked for one extra blanket. Due to this, the male receptionist basically rolled their eyes and all together it took 3 hours to get the blanket to our room. Two nights after, we asked if they happened to have a bottle opener & at this point the receptionist wasn’t even looking us in the eyes and we had to ask him three times to even talk to us, while standing right in front of him.Any time we passed the lobby, no one greeted us nor paid any attention. At first we thought it just might be some form of their own customer service, but on many occasions we saw the staff joking around and being extremely polite to native and older customers. We are two young women and we’re the only young guests that we saw. We we’re in the city mostly during the daytime and tried to bother the staff as little as we could & still got treated badly.On the last day the male receptionist started yelling at another staff member and the girl was just standing there while he was being extremely frustrated. I don’t think this is a very good picture that they’re giving off & especially if it reflects on to the customers.Locationwise, the hotel is 30min walk away from the nearest metro station & after 12am there’s almost no way of getting there from the central of Milan, if you don’t have a carI have never done a negative review, but the disrespect we experienced felt too personal on their end not to share.

only about 10years old hotel but.. poor wifi, hot water not consistent but fluctuating, can hear brushing teeth from next door, some staffs look angry and talk like angry. paid more than U$215/night/room (and separate city tax) and don't really feel it's worth it. The hotel is connected to shopping mall (Vulcano) so, easy to find place for simple meal and snacks.

No tissues in the room and reception is unable to provide tissues as well. Opened and used bottle waters left in the fridge from the previous guest. Shower water is not stable and gets too hot and too cold every 15 seconds, couldn’t possibly have a proper shower . Shower screening doesn’t work, water splashing everywhere and made bathroom floor wet . Wifi is very slow.

maleducazione ad alti livelli, effettuato il checkout 3 gg prima della partenza e non hanno voluto saperne di effettuare il rimborso o di venire incontro al cliente... sporco e mal gestito non lo consiglio a nessuno e mai più mi vedrà

Reception aperta 24/24, hall con divani e poltrone, buffet colazione assortito, camere condizionate in continuo ( l'aria si avvia automaticamente all'uscita dell'ospite ), buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Hotel che era da considerarsi lussuoso; grandi spazi ed un ampio parcheggio gratuito molto comodo. La stanza, l'ascensore e in generale il complesso necessita di un'adeguata manutenzione per potersi considerare degno di un 4 stelle. Camera pulita ma decisamente datata. La colazione scarsa con davvero poca scelta. Non torneremo.
