I met Manuela trough a friend’s recommendation. I’ve had my share of therapy and therapists, and not allof them, if any, were very positive. I was especially sceptical since it was an online session!But then...Troughout our almost two years ongoing sessions I felt heard, supported, accepted, even loved. I amdeeply grateful – for someone being there for me, for someone makeing me realize the slow unraveling ofmy potential, for restoring the faith in therapy altogether.Maybe it was the method – I found Somatic Experience to be profound, eyeopening and consistent – but Ialso believe that it was Manuela herself.
