Poca pulizia cambio degli asciugamani praticamente inesistente il controllo della stanza non è stata effettuata da parte del proprietario pochissima acqua dal lavandino da non potersi neanche lavare i denti e soprattutto lasciare la gente al freddo in pieno inverno non è il massimo dell'accoglienza naturalmente il prezzo non era tra i più convenienti questa grande disponibilità da parte dei proprietari e simpatia verso il turista proprio non l'ho trovata assolutamente da non tornare

Have to give two stars only because it's unsuitable during Italy summers - there is no air-conditioning in any room of the hotel and no open windows etc. helps if the air is hot outside. I could stay in the room during the night since it was cooler, but the room was on the side of the street and the noise from outside didn't stop until late in night. And then there was garbage collection on Monday at 4am..The radiators were in the building, so maybe it's a better choice to stay here during the colder months.Breakfast consisted of good coffee, juice and sweet bread with nutella/jam/butter. Lady at the reception was helpful, the room was cleaned everyday and the location is pretty much perfect to go out, lot's of pubs and cafes around, close to the old town. Recommendation: must try out the gelato at Art Cafe around the corner!Public transport: Cortal bus service, which was on time and goes to Ciampino Airport (need to change in Albano Laziale - 14€ for the whole trip) and Rome.
